Because all items are sourced after purchase, product availability is confirmed with our supplier after an order is placed. In the rare event that a product, color, or size becomes unavailable and we are unable to fulfill an order, the customer will be notified and issued a full refund to their original payment method.

Once your preorder has been received from our supplier, prepared, and shipped by us, tracking information will automatically be sent via email or SMS.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.

Returned packages caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve a package will require additional reshipment fees before delivery can be reattempted.
