Order Process Summary

Once your order is placed, your item is secured through our international supplier network.

2. Processing & Preorder Fulfillment
Preorder items typically require 2–3 weeks (business days only) for processing and preparation.

Please allow up to 4 weeks during holidays, high order volume, or minor shipping delays.

3. Packaging & Final Shipment
Once your item arrives to us, it is carefully prepared and packaged before being shipped to your delivery address.

4. Tracking Information
Once your package has been shipped from us, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS notification.


Preorder Processing

All items sold on prettygrlunbothered are fulfilled as preorder items.

Because items are sourced after purchase, preorder processing requires additional time before final shipment.

The usual processing timeframe is 2–3 weeks, with the possibility of extending to 4 weeks due to:

supplier delays

holiday processing times

customs delays

shipping carrier delays

high order volume

unforeseen logistics disruptions

By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and accept these processing timelines.

Please note that preorder purchases are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once processing has begun, as your item is secured and processed immediately after purchase.

However, in the rare event that a product, color, or size becomes unavailable through our supplier and we are unable to fulfill your order, customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund to their original payment method. At our discretion, an alternative item of equal value may also be offered, subject to availability.


Tracking & Final Shipment

Once your preorder has been processed, received, and prepared for shipment, tracking information will be sent to your email or SMS text message.

For orders exceeding $100, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring successful delivery acceptance.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after receiving shipping confirmation.


Address Accuracy

Please carefully verify your shipping address and sizing information before completing checkout.

prettygrlunbothered is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect shipping information

  • failed delivery attempts

  • refusal of delivery

  • failure to retrieve the package

reshipment fees will apply:

Standard Reshipment: $10
Priority Reshipment: $15

Returned packages are not eligible for refunds.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once tracking information has been sent, the package is no longer in our possession.

prettygrlunbothered is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit.

Customers must contact USPS directly regarding delivery-related claims.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather conditions

  • customs processing

  • carrier disruptions

  • holiday shipping congestion

  • unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Orders affected by these delays are not eligible for refunds.

If expedited shipping was selected, only the expedited shipping fee may be eligible for refund consideration.


Sizing Responsibility

prettygrlunbothered currently offers women’s sizing only.

For the most accurate fit, customers are responsible for reviewing the Sizing Guide page and carefully checking all CM measurements before placing an order.

Please ensure your selected size matches your preferred fit prior to checkout.

Because all sales are final, we are not responsible for incorrect size selections made during checkout.

Some sizes may share similar CM measurements according to the manufacturer’s sizing chart.


Order Accuracy

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

This policy applies only to order fulfillment errors made by prettygrlunbothered and does not apply to:

• Incorrect size selections

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Normal shipping delays

• Carrier-related delivery issues

• Lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit
