RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.

However, because all preorder items are sourced through our supplier network after purchase, product availability is confirmed only after an order has been placed.

While we make every effort to maintain accurate product listings, inventory levels may change without notice.

In the rare event that a product, color, or size becomes unavailable through our supplier and we are unable to fulfill your order, customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund to their original payment method.

At our discretion, an alternative product of equal value may also be offered, subject to availability.


Preorder Process

Currently, all items sold on prettygrlunbothered are preorder items.

Preorder items are not kept on hand and must first be secured through our international supplier network.

Please allow 2–3 weeks (business days only) for preorder processing, with the possibility of extending up to 4 weeks due to:

• Minor delays

• Holidays

• Customs processing

• Supplier delays

• Other unforeseen circumstances

Once your item has been received by us, prepared, and shipped to you, tracking information will be sent via email or SMS notification.

By purchasing a preorder item, you are agreeing to these processing timelines.

Because preorder items are secured and purchased immediately after your order is placed, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are not available once processing has begun.

However, in the rare event that a product, color, or size becomes unavailable through our supplier and we are unable to fulfill your order, customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund to their original payment method.

At our discretion, an alternative item of equal value may also be offered, subject to availability.


Preorder Shipping From Me To You

Once we have received and processed your preorder, tracking information will automatically be sent to your email or SMS text message.

All orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.

We provide tracking information so you can monitor your package and know when to expect delivery.

If delivery is missed, you are responsible for checking your tracking information for further delivery instructions.

If additional instructions are not available through tracking, you must contact your local post office directly to review your delivery options. In many cases, packages are held for pickup for a limited time.

Most likely, we will also attempt to contact you to notify you that your package requires attention before further action is taken.

If no action is taken and the package is returned to us, returned packages may take additional time to arrive back since return shipments are often not treated as high priority by carriers.


Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us due to:

• Failed delivery attempts

• Refusal of delivery

• Failure to retrieve the package

• Incorrect shipping information

Reshipment fees will apply:

$15 Priority Reshipment

$10 Standard Reshipment

If reshipment payment is not made, your package will remain on hold until reshipment arrangements are completed.

There will be no complete refunds or cancellations, as creating a new shipping label and using new packaging materials incurs additional costs.


Address & Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and entering accurate:

• Shipping information

• Sizing selections

prettygrlunbothered is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Please carefully review our Sizing Guide page before placing your order.

Because all sales are final, refunds or exchanges will not be issued for incorrect size selections.


Order Accuracy

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Upon review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.

This policy applies only to order fulfillment errors made by prettygrlunbothered and does not apply to:

• Incorrect size selections

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

• Missed deliveries

• Carrier-related delivery issues

• Lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit

• Normal shipping delays

Any resolution provided under this section will be determined solely at our discretion.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather-related conditions

• Customs delays

• Carrier disruptions

• Holidays

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Refunds will not be issued for orders affected by these delays.


Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, it is no longer in our possession.

prettygrlunbothered is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages during transit.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related claims.


Designer-Inspired Product Disclaimer

Please note that all items sold by prettygrlunbothered are designer-inspired and are not original designer products.

You can only purchase original designer products directly from their official stores.
